Welcome to Eeebeel! By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Conditions

  • By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Order Confirmation (Cash on Delivery)

  • For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Eeebeel reserves the right to confirm orders via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • If a customer fails to respond to the confirmation request within 48 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled.

  • Refusal of Delivery: Repeated refusal of parcels at the doorstep without a valid reason may lead to the permanent blacklisting of the customer's address and phone number for future orders.

3. Pricing and Product Availability

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • While we strive for 100% accuracy, Eeebeel is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or product descriptions. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • While we aim for delivery within 3–5 business days, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or logistics issues beyond our control.

  • Free Shipping: Only applies to orders exceeding the value of Rs. 3000.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

  • You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and phone number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eeebeel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. All skincare and electronic products should be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. We recommend a patch test for all skincare items.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
