At Eeebeel, we operate primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Once an order is delivered and paid for, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy. We do not offer cash returns or bank reversals for change-of-mind purchases.
While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. You are eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit only if:
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong size/color/item).
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item:
Record an Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend customers film a video while opening their parcel. This serves as proof of the condition of the item upon arrival.
Contact Us: WhatsApp us at [Insert Number] or email support@eebeel.com with your Order ID and the unboxing video/photos.
Verification: Once our team verifies the claim, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
For an exchange to be processed, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
Skincare and personal care items (masks, serums, toothbrushes, etc.) cannot be exchanged once the seal is broken due to hygiene reasons.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner and a tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be cancelled. In the event of a "Refusal at Doorstep," Eeebeel reserves the right to restrict future COD services for that customer.
In cases of defective or incorrect items sent by us, Eeebeel will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. For all other exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
